Bentayga Motors
Privacy Policy
Effective date: June 11, 2026 · Last updated: June 11, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Bentayga Motors, Inc. (“Bentayga Motors,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with this website. We have written it to be plain and honest about a simple fact: this website is, for now, a “coming soon” marketing page that collects very little information about you.
1. Who We Are and What This Policy Covers
Bentayga Motors, Inc. is a California licensed motor vehicle dealer with an autobroker endorsement, located at 7334 Radford Ave, North Hollywood, CA 91605. This policy applies to this website.
Right now, this website is a marketing or “coming soon” landing page. It has no online account, no login, and no checkout. The only information you can submit through the site is your email address, if you choose to sign up for updates. You can also reach us through an email link and a telephone link that open your own email or phone app.
Some features we describe in our marketing — such as online accounts, financing applications, vehicle bidding, and collision or repair requests — are not yet available on this website. We explain how those will work, in general terms, in the “Future Services” section below. We will update this policy before any of those features go live so that it accurately describes them.
2. Information We Collect Today
We collect very little information through this website, and only in these ways:
- Email address for updates. If you enter your email address in our “Sign up for updates” form, we collect your email address — and nothing else — so that we can send you a welcome message and occasional updates about our launch and our services. Signing up is optional, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
- Information you choose to send us. If you email us at sales@bentaygamotors.com or call us at +1 (747) 321-7722 using the links on this site, we will receive the information you send — for example, your name, email address, phone number, and the contents of your message — so that we can respond to you.
- Connection data handled automatically by our hosting provider. Like virtually every website, the service that hosts this site records standard server access logs when your browser requests a page. These logs can include your IP address, the date and time of the request, the page or file requested, the response status, the amount of data sent, your browser’s user-agent string, and the referring page. We use this kind of information only to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the site.
This website sets no cookies of its own and does not use browser local storage or session storage. It runs no analytics, advertising, or visitor-tracking technologies.
How long we keep it. We keep your subscriber email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, whichever comes first; once you do, we remove it from our update list promptly. The standard server access logs described above are retained by our hosting provider for a short period (generally up to about 30 days) and then rotated. Information you send us by email or phone is kept only as long as needed to respond to you and to keep ordinary business records.
3. Third-Party Services and Data Flows
To display this site, your browser loads a few resources from third parties. When that happens, those third parties automatically receive basic connection information — typically your IP address, your browser’s user-agent string, and the referring page — simply because your browser is requesting a file from them. The third parties involved are:
- Google Maps. Our location section embeds a Google Map. When that section loads, your browser connects to Google, which receives your IP address, user-agent, and referring page, and may set its own cookies. This is the most significant third-party data flow on the site. Google’s handling of that data is governed by Google’s own privacy policy, available at policies.google.com/privacy.
- Google Fonts. We load the fonts used on this site from Google’s font servers (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). This causes your browser to send your IP address, user-agent, and referring page to Google. Google Fonts does not set cookies for this purpose.
- Website hosting provider (Netlify). Our website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., which stores this site, serves its files, runs the small serverless function that processes the “Sign up for updates” form, and records the standard server access logs described in Section 2, acting as our service provider.
- Email delivery (Resend). When you sign up for updates, we share your email address with our email delivery provider, Resend, which sends our welcome message and updates on our behalf. Resend processes your email address only to deliver those messages.
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not allow advertising networks or analytics services to collect personal information about your activities across other websites through this site. (The embedded Google Map is provided by Google and is subject to Google’s own privacy practices, as noted above.)
4. Do Not Track and Cross-Site Tracking
Some browsers can send a “Do Not Track” (DNT) signal. This website does not track you across third-party websites, and it does not respond differently based on a DNT signal.
We also do not permit third-party advertising networks or analytics services to collect personally identifiable information about your online activities over time and across different websites through this site. The only third-party services in use are those listed in Section 3, which receive the basic connection information described there.
5. Reviewing or Changing Your Information
Because this site has no account system, there is no self-service portal. If you have sent us information by email or phone and would like to review it, update it, or ask us to delete it, contact us at sales@bentaygamotors.com or +1 (747) 321-7722 and we will help you.
6. Changes to This Policy
If we change this policy, we will post the updated version on this page and revise the “Effective date” and “Last updated” dates at the top. We will update this policy before we launch any feature — such as accounts, financing applications, or vehicle bidding — that collects personal information, so that it describes those practices before they begin.
7. Future Services (When You Use Them)
The following describes how we expect to handle information when, and only when, those features become available and you choose to use them. None of this collection happens on this website today.
- What we expect to collect. When you use an online account, a financing application, vehicle bidding, or a collision or repair request, we expect to collect identity and contact information, and vehicle and transaction information. For financing applications specifically, we expect to collect financial and identification information, which may include sensitive information such as a driver’s license number, a Social Security number, and financial-account information.
- Where it would come from. Directly from you on forms and applications, automatically from your device when you use those features, and from third parties such as lenders, credit bureaus, auction data providers, and the California Department of Motor Vehicles.
- Who would receive it. To deliver those services, we expect to share information with the financing lenders on our lender panel, credit bureaus, the California DMV for title and registration, and our in-house reconditioning shop.
- Bank connections and payments. Some of these features will let you connect a bank account and pay by ACH bank transfer. We will use a third-party provider (Plaid) for that, as described in the “Connecting a Bank Account (Plaid)” section below.
- Additional notices. Before those features go live, we will publish the additional notices the law requires — including a financial privacy notice for financing activities and any California consumer-privacy notices and rights that apply at that time.
8. Connecting a Bank Account (Plaid)
This feature is not available on this website today. The following describes how it will work when, and only when, it becomes available and you choose to use it to fund a deposit or payment. We will keep this section accurate before the feature goes live.
When you use it, we will offer you the option to connect your bank account through Plaid Inc. (“Plaid”), a third-party service that securely links bank accounts to applications. In plain terms, we would use Plaid Link to connect your account, Plaid Auth to verify it for ACH, and Plaid Transfer to initiate ACH bank debits from the account you select — for example, to fund a deposit or payment toward a vehicle purchase.
Your bank login credentials go only to Plaid, never to us. When you sign in to your bank inside Plaid Link, you enter your credentials directly with Plaid. Bentayga Motors does not receive, see, or store your online banking username, password, or other bank login credentials, and we do not retain your raw full bank account or routing numbers.
Through Plaid, we receive and store only what we need to set up and run an ACH transfer:
- a secure Plaid access token that lets us interact with your linked account through Plaid (this is not your bank login), which we store encrypted;
- the Plaid account identifier for the funding account you select;
- the name of your financial institution; and
- ACH transfer records — for each transfer, the amount (stored in whole cents), its status, and internal Plaid reference identifiers (such as the authorization and transfer IDs) needed to track the ACH debit.
What Plaid would access from your bank. To set up and verify the bank account you connect and to process the ACH debits you authorize, Plaid would access information from your bank on our behalf, which can include your bank account and routing numbers, account and balance details, and account-ownership information. We would use this information only to enable the transfers you authorize. As described above, we would not store your raw full bank account or routing numbers.
What we would share with Plaid. To authorize each ACH debit, we would provide Plaid with the transfer amount and the account holder’s legal name from your profile, as required by Plaid and the ACH network to run authorization and fraud checks.
Your consent and control through Plaid. When you connect your account, Plaid Link shows you the information Plaid will access and the reason (to enable payments) and asks for your consent before any data is shared. You can review and manage the data you have shared, and disconnect Plaid’s access, at any time through Plaid Portal at my.plaid.com.
How we protect and keep this information. We store the Plaid access token using strong encryption (AES-256-GCM) so it is unreadable at rest, and we transmit data over encrypted connections (TLS 1.2 or higher). When this feature is available, you will be able to ask us to disconnect a linked bank account; we will mark that connection as removed (soft-deleted) and stop using it to initiate new transfers. We retain the encrypted connection record for as long as needed for accounting, audit, and legal purposes, consistent with how we retain transfer records. We retain ACH transfer records for as long as needed for legitimate business, accounting, and legal purposes.
We use the information described here only to connect your account and to initiate the ACH payments you request. As stated elsewhere in this policy, we do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Plaid’s own role. Plaid acts as its own service in connecting your bank account, and Plaid’s collection and use of your information as an end user is governed by Plaid’s End User Privacy Policy, available at plaid.com/legal/#end-user-privacy-policy.
9. Your California Privacy Choices
We respect your privacy under California law. As described above, we do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Because we do not sell or share personal information, we do not provide a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link.
As our products launch and if we become subject to the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act), we will update this policy to describe the privacy rights that then apply — such as the rights to know, delete, and correct your personal information, to opt out of any sale or sharing, to limit the use of sensitive personal information, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights — along with how to exercise them.
Under California’s “Shine the Light” law, we confirm that we do not share your personal information with third parties for those third parties’ own direct-marketing purposes.
10. For Visitors in the EU or UK
Bentayga Motors, Inc. is based in California, United States, and operates this website from the United States. If you visit from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another region whose data-protection laws apply to you, the following applies to the limited personal data this site collects:
- Controller. The data controller is Bentayga Motors, Inc., 7334 Radford Ave, North Hollywood, CA 91605, reachable at sales@bentaygamotors.com.
- What we process and why. The only personal data we collect through this site is the email address you submit to receive updates, together with the standard connection data described in Sections 2 and 3. Our legal basis for sending you updates is your consent, which you give when you submit the form and may withdraw at any time by unsubscribing.
- Your rights. Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data; object to or restrict its processing; withdraw consent; and request portability. To exercise any of these, contact us at sales@bentaygamotors.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
- International transfer. Your data is processed in the United States by us and by our service providers (Netlify and Resend). By submitting your email, you understand it will be transferred to and stored in the United States.
11. Children’s Privacy
This is a general-audience business website. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
